As we settle into 2025, we’re thrilled to share some exciting updates and look ahead to the rest of the year. We have been busy putting the finishing touches on the homes at our current development, East Markham. As we entered 2025, we were lucky enough to find two new happy buyers for our site and we couldn’t be happier for them.
One More Plot!
Firstly, we’re delighted to announce the recent sale of both Plot 9 and Plot 5 at East Markham, leaving just one final plot available — Plot 7. Plot 9, a stunning five-bedroom home, and Plot 5, a beautifully designed three-bedroom property, have now found their new owners. That leaves Plot 7, a spacious four-bedroom home featuring dressing rooms, a dedicated games room, and a study, alongside our signature bespoke kitchens and luxurious bathrooms from Saute & Soak.

Following this great news, we’re also thrilled to announce that our brand-new development on Carlton Road in Worksop is coming soon! Planning approval is in place, and we’re now finalizing the designs for six houses and three bungalows. We can’t wait to share more details as soon as we bring these new homes to life.
